Why Charis exists
Charis Advisory Group was founded on a simple observation: organizations across sectors—public agencies, school districts, healthcare systems, and service enterprises—were repeatedly being asked to elevate customer experience and control costs without sufficient alignment between operations, resources, and the people doing the work.
Leaders were making visible, high-stakes decisions under public scrutiny, facing competing priorities, workforce constraints, and fiscal pressure—often without the integrated operational and financial analysis needed to make defensible choices that would hold up over time.
That gap prompted the creation of a practice focused on evaluating entities through an integrated operational lens—helping leaders deliver better service, reduce unnecessary costs, and do so in ways that respect and support their workforce.
